Yashiro Nene in fish form (JSHK) 3D model and animation

This is a small project I made for my 3D animation class. It's a simple 3D model of the character Yashiro Nene in her fish form, from the anime Jibaku Shounen Hanako-Kun (or Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun). I made a short animation using controllers and deformers in Maya, and texturized it in Substance Painter.
